Hi Jon. I spent hours today observing nests as just got a boat there. For the first time in 6-7b yrs the Nagtegaal nest on stone tower lane in Barrington has a built nest with two adults there!. Andy Seuter, my neighbor, said that he had built the nest years ago and this was the first time occupied!. I would be happy to be a second monitor here, will follow it anyway. For the first time in years the Adams Pt Barrington nest had two adults on it but there was only a redimentary nest so far. Not sure what is happening there and the nearby Smith’s Cove site remained empty for several hrs of observation. It looked intact, not sure what is happening??. Nick

    • Nick,

Thank you for the update – that is great news about Nagtegaal and Adam’s Point. (Possible some juvenile housekeeping going on). I am not sure about Smith’s cove – I will have to look into it. Glad you had a great day… Cheers.

      Jon
